There are now three men now claiming to be the father of the 5 month old daughter of the recently deceased model and widow of an oil billionaire. She sênt nuch of the last 10 years chasing rights to his estate through the courts. Are her claims to the oil family's fortunes over now that she has died or could this baby be the inheritor of this vast possible estate? And if so is this the reason why so many men suddenly are claiming paternity?

It's also possible that she had the oil tycoon's sperm frozen and recently had been inseminated. So yes, the baby could inherit the estate if it turns out that she is his offspring. Oh what a tangled web we weave...

Easy solution is for the court to order a DNA test from all 3 men and Anna Nicole Smith ( can still get it while they have her body ) and test the baby. Howard J.Stern may have signed the birth certificate but if there is any doubt a paternity test needs to be done now....particularly as the little girl has a right to know the truth later in life.

of course they all want to be the father of the baby! she is a very rich little girl..very unlucky for sure but rich too and instead of these men mourning for the loss of her mother and their lover, they try to get custody of the baby..shame
