massage the sides of the breast making circular motions. there's also breast enhancers that i read in elle magazine, where you wear a bra that gently sucks on your breasts making your tissues stretch but it doesn't hurt and slowly your tissues will form more layers but it can only make an A turn to a B or a B to a C.

She can wear bra's that give the illusion of bigger breasts. Otherwise, you get what you get and when they are done growing, they are done. Until they start to sag as you age, and then you get small and droopy.
