Has anyone used Kirlian photography to see if the spirit leaves the body during meditation or after "death"?

Does the spirit not fully leave the body until the 3rd day as many say?

I do not think it possible to use Kirlian photography to see if a spirit leaves a body. But if it did the body would be dead and the spirit gone.
