Russia and China(who continue to threaten to block any action and any other sanctions against Iran) want to remain friendly with the Islamic world for fear the extremists will turn on them. Little do they realize that if the extremists were ever to eliminate the US and our friends, that they would be next.
Other countries take no action because of their hate for the US. They consider that if Iran does have nuclear weapons they will only use them against Israel and the US. They refuse to see that the thirst for power and greed in Iran's leaders will not stop until someone stops it.

The World is NOT Afraid of Iran's nuclear ambitions!
The reason nobody is up in arms about it is because The Majority of the World simply DOES NOT CARE!
#1 WHY SHOULD THEY
There are already an abundance of nuclear nations such as Pakistan, India, & the Scattered former Soviet countries. There are only 3 Nations that would be concerned. a. ISREAL b. GREAT BRITIAN c. UNITED STATES
#2 WHY DOES IRAN HAVE THESE AMBITIONS?
To gain respect and to not be bullied by the USA. Also they want to have a legitimate threat to Isreal so that the Isrealies will become fair handed in thier dealings with the Palestinians

Beats me! Israel is ready, everybody else wants diplomacy. They are nut jobs! Do you really think diplomacy is going to work! Look at the history books. What was the Japanese doing during our diplomacy talks prior to WW2? Planning the bombing of Pearl Harbor! Wake the idiots up before it's too late!

Uh..mostly because a)they have a long way to go to achieve them, and b) if theyare rushing to obtain them it's because the Admin is itching for a fight. If I was in their shoes I'd get nukes as quick as I could too.

Fear of confrontation mixed with the hope that they will attack America. We are the biggest dog in the yard and it makes no difference how altruistic we are they will still want to see us fall.

They still think they can talk reasonably with radical islamists. to break the news to them, but they only respond to force.
