I got a wonderful antique charm bracelet. One of the charms is a sterling silver heart. On the front is a boy and girl. The boy is holding a bird (maybe a love bird) and the girl is looking down at the bird. On the back of the charm reads
"Jes Amoureux de Jeynet" The bottom of the heart reads "Graves rar confaux"
The heart is about the size of a quarter and the letters are cursive. It is kind of hard to read so I may have a letter or two wrong. Can you help me??

I think you mean

'Les Amoureux de Jeunette' Meaning 'Young Lovers'.

I think your second one is 'Graves par consaux' which means, literally, 'Serious devotion'.
