i got to know some of them n also started to learn spanish but i just wonder how they act if we go out together... i mean it is interesting... sometimes i wanna be like them, more loud or what but i am not that kinda person. is it bad?

It is not bad to be different from them.
Italian, Spanish are considered Mediterranean people which is they really love to spend time out side from their house and meet people out there on the street. Why? because Mediterranean countries located close to the Mediterranean seas which the weather there naturally are warmer, milder, sunnier and hotter compare to the northern part of Europe. Since they have such a mild and summery weather even in the winter the coldest temperature sometimes not even less than 10°, Mediterranean people tend to go out to enjoy the weather while socializing theirselves with the others. Since they love to go outside and meet people due to the nice weather they have, they are so talkative and chatty which made them talk louder than common people due to the social notions that louder people are the most social ones.

I'm Italian and in my dictionary to be a loud person means to scream when talking. I am not loud at all and my tone of voice is soft.
Sometimes to learn geography is a positive thing. Italy borders France, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, I live 300 km from France, do you think the climate intenselly changes turning northern Italy in a tropical country? In the Summer the weather is hot, while in Winter is very cold.
We are an outgoing people, we like meeting our friends in some places out of house, this doesn't mean we scream when we're talking.
I find offensive every people who say we're loud. I can't stand loud people.

There are LOUD people ALL over the world. This characteristic is not exclusive to southern people. I'm sure that you didn't mean any harm, but you should try not to sterotype.

Anyway, the most important thing is to be true to be who you are. God didn't want ALL of us to have loud mouths. That's why He gave us two ears and only one mouth!
