Most of the voters were either intoxicated or drugged during the election. Bush was lucky voters were not sane then.

Do I need to remind everyone that George Bush DID NOT win in 2000? By that I mean he didn't win the popular vote, and became president because of the problems counting the ballots in Florida, a dispute that was put to rest (rightly or wrongly, depending on your view) by the Supreme Court of the US. It was this decision that gave him the electoral vote, which is the vote that matters in presidential elections. This is not to dispute that process, which was wholly legal (and not to get into the question of whether or not the Republicans "fixed" the election, as some allege), but the fact of the matter is that of the people who went to the polls in November 2000, a majority of them voted for Al Gore. But because of our legal and political system, Bush ended up taking office. Then, in 2004, the question was who would keep us safer from terrorism, and in that election, John Kerry was deemed not to be trustworthy enough for the majority of Americans who voted that year. So here we are. And even in that election, Bush won with less than 51% of the popular vote. So please don't tag all Americans as Bush supporters just b/c he won office - remember that if you add in those people who don't vote at all, the % of people who vote for the eventual winner is always the minority.

each person who says Bush turned right into a poor president is erroneous. My kin is decrease center type, my mom even undesirable... yet even as i look at president Bush, I see a sensible guy who dispite quite everyone who hates him, nevertheless holds solid. you won't be able to blame president bush for the 9/11 attacks, those were terrorist attacks. We went to conflict to kill those terrorist. purely a Liberal may say he's undesirable. i am going to admit he's not the finest suitable, yet he's way from the worst. If we were to pull out of the Iraq it might in basic terms be a waste of existence. I wont be able to vote till 2012 as well. does not that be remarkable if Bush runs as McCains vice? Lol, nicely with quite everyone who hates Bush that'd in basic terms blow McCains possibilities. i'd supply bush a... eh'... B+ possibly an A-.

I like his ideas and he isn't a p****, i am soooooo glad kerry didn't get it we would be in a world of s***. I don't know why some people have a problem with him i think he has done alot for us all, and what do you think clinton if he was still in the office would have done? He was such a joke for a president, he was a wuss hiding behind his manly wife, the joker has no morals, or anything else apparently.

I would presume that they believed the propaganda perpetrated by Carl Rove. There was a time that many Germans supported Hitler, but that didn't improve their chances to avoid the calamity that he led them into.

We weren't led. His brother in Florida got him elected. In other words, he bought his position. I also think that the Republicans thought (they need to quit thinking!) that he would do us (U.S.) good. He's only out for himself, and his rich crony friends. Piss on the middle class and poor, poverty stricken, folks. He needs to realize that WE the people are who he works for and he better start acting like he does. Thank the Great Spirit he can't run again.

Because they were hit (9/11) and that caused blood to rush to their heads affecting sensible thinking.
Some still have a lot of blood there, dripping from their fangs and in their eyes too. They are called Repugs!

no, its because al gore had such little character that he couldnt win his own home state. its also because most sencient sober americans didnt want eight more years of travelgate, filegate, whitewater, the cattle futures fiasco, the health care fiasco, the largest tax increase in us history, the tie breaking vote to tax social security, jennifer, paula, monica etc, etc. etc.
