No, it won't be Obama. The fall started with Ted Kennedy and Hillary Clinton and the rest of the democrats who forgot they voted for this war.

Bin Laden said that Americans did not have the stomach for a long drawn out war. He said as soon as soldiers start coming home in body bags, Americans will run the other way and Al-Qaeda will have won.

And that's exactly what happened. Too many liberals in this country think that you can go to war without blood shed. Too many of them kid themselves into thinking that not a single U.S. serviceman died in Grenada, Panama, or Desert Storm so none should died in Iraq and Afganistan.

Truth is men did die in all of those conflicts. You just didn't look up from your blueberry email and your mocha grande half caf decaf latte' with a lime twist long enough to notice. But, now that CNN isn't showing the sound bites you want, you're ready to turn tail and run.

The fall of the U.S. has come because the citizens are not supporting the military (you can't cuss the President and the generals for doing what they think best and say you support the troops) or the people serving in the Middle East. When we have deserters back here getting more press coverage than the men and women that are on their second and third tours AND STILL BELIEVE IN THE MISSION, then the fall from within has happpened.

May God (and I don't mean allah) help us all.

I don't think he was talking about any one person although if I had to pick one I think Bush might be at the top of the list. This was more likely a statement that was aimed at our culture. We're viewed by Islamic extremists as being highly decadant and morally rotten. To say our fall will come from within means our society will self-destruct.

No think he was talking about Bush, since he carried out the threat bad things would happen if Bush became President. He had that right on. This country is going to take a long time to heal. If we can ever recover from Bush's Adminisration.

Why start with a brand new senator? Why not with the man who did the most damage - Bush?
Hope you're not racist.
