I want to buy a tennis racket for my 7 year old cousin this spring, what is the major difference between youth and a normal tennis racket also I notice there are like 3 or 4 different sizes of youth rackets how do I know which size is best for him??

He doesn't know yet but I am planning on telling him closer to the time I buy it.......(if I tell him about it now he will want to go right out and get it but it's too daRn cold out to play now)

a size 23-24 should be right for him b/c that us thier age group size just make sure the racket isn ot to small...that will mess them up when they play tennis

go to the most near tennis court and ask someone at the front desk.Does your cousin know that your getting him/her a tennis racket?If she already knows then take her to the tennis court(s)
and ask the tennis cordinater.Hope it helps!!
