Where in place country USA or Europe or South America for host Grand Theft Auto IV on PS3 , XBOX 360 ???

I'm not sure if it's been 100% confirmed on the location of where it's going to take place, but it will be released October 19h, 2007 on both the Xbox 360 and Ps2.
On the otherhand there is a game titled Crackdown which comes out for the Xbox 360 on Feb. 20th, 2007. This game is from the creator of GTA: III (Mr. Sandbox himself). You are a Special Agent (police officer) who is part of an Agency who has super-powers, check it out if you are interested.

In Europe its out on October 19th 2007

It'll be on ps3 360 and comp all at the same time. I heard something about London, but I'm not sure..

GTA IV will be in London and won't be out till December but knowing the game it won't be out until later
