When I was teenager, it meant "s-l-u-t". Today, I think it means "dumb".

Bimbo is a word that is used to describe a ditzy, silly girl who acts kind of mindless sometimes. Sorry, but Paris Hilton comes to mind.
Also, not to be disrespectful but I'd say Anna Nicole Smith is the epitomy of the word bimbo.
