Here's a tip to prevent any more puffiness around the eyes-GET ENOUGH SLEEP
for dark circles, use a good concealer(I would suggest Estee Lauder double wear concealer.)
for the puffiness use a facial mask that helps tighten your face
if you can't afford the time and money use a homemade mask
1egg white
2 table spoons of lemon juice (or citric acid)
1 table spoon honey
another wonderful tip is to put cucumbers or old tea bags(usually works for green tea) over your eyes
Hope this helped

take a stick of concealer (shaped like lipstick except that you get skin toned) and put it in small intervals around the very outer edge of the circle under your eye. then take your fingertip and rub up, down, left, and right.- be sure to get slightly under the eye.- make sure that the concealer is one shade darker then your foundation and skin tone.(keep your same shade of powder).

I know this sounds wierd but i get used green tea bags and rest them there, and also wipe them across my face. They say antioxidents are really good for skin, and green tea is really high in it.
