your question is immaterial... Rick Waller already has them on special delivery to his house.

i dont trust Cadbury and havent eaten Cadbury chocolate in 2 years since i ate cadbury chocolate with worms in it (YUK)
i made the biggest complaint and they fricken wanted to send me MORE chocolate as an apology ... no thanks!
everyone at work laughed at me, yeah but 2 weeks later my work mate was eating a chocolate bar with a worm in it!
see, i told them that Cadbury's no good!
I'll stick to NESTLE

My guess it they will be destroyed...such a shame too. Seems it's only in the UK, not in the US. Now it's really a shame.
Suggestions? I'd say, find a bunch of people without nut allergies, and give them all away! Pick me, pick me...I love the originals.

They will be sold in a country abroad that does not have regulations about labelling. India springs to mind.

They only have to re-wrap them with a warning on them once they have done that they can resell them ...they are just doing it so that they don't get sued

I expect they die and go to chocolate heaven, or lose their mind and end up in bits. Some of them must be shattered and others crack up. Of course they could end up a flake ! haha
