Paint burst and went everywhere!!! Rented place!Just used cold water so far.

treat it with a carpet cleaner, or lestoil pure strength , then lots of water. if it does not come out , rent a carpet shampooer, with may work.

Don't let it dry! Add lots of water and Dawn dish soap, go easy, and use a carpet machine that extracts the water.. not your vacuum cleaner.. will basically mildew inside of machine. A shop vac will work. Good luck.

i agree with the dawn and water, however something tells me your stain is already dry, if you have it use some paintbrush cleaner, if not try a little bit of nail polish remover (non-acetone) on your carpet in an inconspicuous place, and go from there, a good soft bristle hair brush will also help..
