Truth is A true friend would not spread stuff about you.. This person is NOT your best friend, get rid quick.

Well think about what you just asked and it doesn't seem like they are your best friend if they would do that to you. Find a new best friend and don't tell that person anything else. It sounds like they are jealous of you.

If you are sure your best friend is spreading stuff about you, I would be inclined to re-access the term 'Best Friend'

What is she/he spreading about you? If it's something that will affect my reputation, i will call or meet her to give her a piece of my mind. Then i will hope the people who knows me won't believe what she says of me.

you should talk to her and confront her about what she's doing and why, she can't be that much of a good best friend if you can' trust her
