smokey eyes will always be in fashion
but for morning wear u can jsut give a simple color wash over your lids with pastel colors or shimmer to give a bright look
giv a nice coat of lengthenign mascara
and if you want u can use kohl on your lower lids
to give a defined look line your eyes with liquid eyeliner
same goes for lips
use a shimmercolor or gloss on your lips
u can use shades of pinks, reds, nudes or browns
but always remember watever u do
never highl;ight both eyes and lips at the same time itll maek youlook loud and freaky
give your cheeks a haealthy glow by brushing on some smooth blush in powder or liquid form on the apple of your cheeks
in shades of pinks and peaches
eye color also in shades of pinks peaches greens and blues
shimmer can be added jsut a hint on apple of your cheeks nad eyes
as well
...for night makeup
give yourself the smokey look by using eye shadows in shaes of plums, dark browns, kohls, with a dash of eyeliner that thickens towards the ends to giv that cat eyed look
a darker shade of blush that highlightsz your cheekbones not apple of your cheeks
u can also use a bronzer
a nice glossy lip shade like dark red or plum if your not using much of eyeshadow
or nudes or pinks will do
with lots of gloss
giv your lowe lid a kohl lining

I'm the same way. What I do is I use browns, plums, and navies on my eyes. I need to know what complexion and what skin tone you have. A coral blush and lipgloss (or pink) would look great on you. If you want a more powerful, nighttime look, do brown eyeshadows and a violet eyeliner and smudge. Then, use a bright red lipstick. (not too bright) Finish off with a black mascara. Fab!

if you realy want to make a statement black eyeliner. an outline of black on top eyelid close to the lash as possible will give a awesome effect and it looks totaly fab with blonde hair. Or if you dont wana have so much of the 'woe!' factor just a neutral colour on your lids (a little shimmer can also be used if you wana shine)
hope i helped n sure u'll look great.

a brown or gray eye shadow, lots of black eyeliner, and mascara, maybe even some fake eye lashes if possible.
(when using the eyeliner make sure to put small but noticeable straight line at the very bottom of the eye lid.)

Eye Shadow:
You'll look best in minty green, light to medium purple (plum), pale blue, light gray or light blue-gray shades of eye shadow. Choose one shade only to use at a time and apply it all over eyes, from lash-line to brows.
Mascara:
Apply one or two coats of clear or brown mascara.
Lip Color:
Clear lip balm is always fresh on you. You will also look nice in a sheer lip gloss or shiny lipstick in pinkish-brown.
Special Occasions:
Go for a metallic silver or metallic plum (medium purple) eye shadow on lids (sparkly or not, your choice) and ramp up eyelashes with two coats of brown mascara. Keep lips pale but shiny with a clear or pale pink gloss.

if i was you beacuse of the brown eyes i would go for smokey eyes with lighter lips not bright red or anything and not too much blush!
But don't go to dark coz of your blonde hair!

it really isn't your eye color that decides what kind of make-up you should wear. it is your skin tone and your hair color.email me at hensonma7@yahoo.com and tell me what your skin tone is and then i will give you what my beauty book says.
