First, turtles don't eat fro a few days after a stressful event, like a big move.
Second, they won't eat if the water is too cold. Heat it to 75-80F.
Third, aim to feed them daily an amount roughly the size of their heads. Feed about 1/2 good pellets, the rest should be whatever you can find, like bloodworms, earthworms, small crickets, frozen or dried krill, ghost or other small shrimp, small strips of beef heart or cooked chicken.

First of all, is the environment healthy? They need a UVB light, which produces vitamin D3 and keeps them strong, as well as a regular basking light. This will help stimulate their appetite. If the water is cold, try using an aquarium heater to warm it up and place thermometers in various areas of the tank. Since they are still just babies and are growing, they need calcium. Crushed Cuttlebone is an excellent source. Also, try crushed eggshells. For a balanced source of nutrients, feed them turtle pellets, fresh fruits/veggies, small goldfish or minnows, pinhead crickets, and small redworms. Baby turtles tend to have a harder time with crunching hard veggies such as carrots, so if they don't eat it, try softer veggies/fruits such as tomatoes, strawberries, and grapes. Also, you may want to try given them fresh dandelions during the warmer months. Be sure to wash all fruits, vegetables, and dandelions before feeding it to your turtles. If these ideas still do not work, contact your local vet.
