If one follows your advice then the Indian team will play as following:-
a) They will make 50 runs in one day using up all the 50 overs. The 100 runs in the test match could be played the whole innings.
b) 3 run outs - the fielder will throw the balls only at the wickets irrespective of the needs
c) 3 catches, they will push the neighbouring player so that he does not attain the goal.

Now how to go about with your suggestion???

Not only batsman but the whole team should not play individual as it will give loss to the team and a name of worst team in the world. For gaining good name for the team it is very necessary that each individual must develop a feeling of unity among themselves. The offer given by the several companies to the player must be banned because player gain a large sum of money through it and they ignore the game of cricket , only then indian team would prosper. There should be pernality for bad player & good player must be given extra money and facility.

I fully agree with you that to improve the performance of the players, their payment structure should be modified based on performance
