I've recently gotten 2 kattens and my cousins came over to look. They said that they wish the kittens could stay that size for their whole lives. My one cousin then said it was possible and they do it in Japan... He said it's called bonsai cats because they stunt them in bottles. is this true??

Yes I've heard about Bonsai cats and seen the website.
Don't get yourself worked up - its a hoax. They don't do that in Japan, they love their pets there.
