over last 3 weeks my right hand keeps twitching. it seems to affect my thumb and middle finger the most.

Normally a trapped nerve. Could go away. But 3 weeks is long enough for it to go. See your doctor.
(If it's any consolation, it is not a sign of Mad Cows or Bird Flue. Lol).

Go see yourdctor to see if it is any thing serious or just a short term affect from an injury

it could be a trapped nerve but it shouldent be going on this long go straight to ur doctors on monday for a check up

You sound like you may have a trapped nerve. It happened to my mum. See a doctor cant i remember what they done for her.

It could be allsorts of things, and you should get it checked out by your doctor, just to be safe.
I had a similar problem, turned out to be a trapped nerve.
