How to ask a question in the NeoBoards?

I hate wasting 5 points for every question on neopets so PLEASE HELP ME.
Also can you give me some wisdom to impress King Hagan

All u gotta do is go to The Neoboards and then click on a catagory. Then in the upper right corner, you should see New Topic. Click on that. And my username is xo_like_me_xo.
