Hey, don't freak out! Compared to some, your 3 1/2 inches is quite well-endowed; look up the syndrom 'micropenis' for some perspective. That said, I do know that in our size-obsessed world, it's hard to be anything less than pornstar big, and less than average can be downright frightening, making men avoid physical intimacy and causing a lot of stress in general.
My answer is that there are a lot of women who are perfectly fine with a smaller penis, and, sadly, there are a lot who simply won't accept it. You should remember, though, that there are things you can do to make yourself more sexually palatable:
1) You can try using a penis extender. They are stretchy 'sleeves' with a penis head that you snug firmly over your erection and it adds up to several inches- putting you at average male erection size and allowing for deeper penetration if that's what your lady has been missing. They're sold at good, reputable online sex stores; look around.
2) You don't have to use your penis. Honestly, I know it sounds like a cop-out and something to make you fee like less of a man, but real men aren't afraid to use whatever resources they have to in order to please both them and their partner in bed. Some men wear strap-ons over their flaccid penises and penetrate their wives/girlfriends that way (then you can give it to her as big as she wants!), some keep a dildo in the drawer next to the bed, still others become skillful with their fingers/hands. In my opinion, being skillful with your fingers and a dildo is something every man should have, no matter how big a stick he swings. If you can do this, you can provide your lady sensations that your penis maybe can't (like G-spot stimulation), and after she's had her fill, she can go about pleasing you as well.
3) Perfect your other techniques! Oral sex is an amazing thing that pretty much everyone loves when it's done well (even when it's not). This only increases your sexual currency.
4) Remember that your smaller penis is not necessarily a cause for concern. Almost all women orgasm from clitoral stimulation, NOT from penetrative sex. Some women experience orgasms from G-spot stimulation, which occurs by means of penetration, but believe me, many men with huge penises can't find or stimulate a woman's G-spot. As far as the actual in-'n'-out thrusting is concerned, only a tiny percentage of women actually orgasm from that itself, and it's not the size so much as it is the the friction against the vaginal walls. Only if she has a particularly large vagina or one that's been loosened (as through childbirth) will a smaller penis truly make a difference in sensation. So you might want to keep that in mind, as well as the real selling point: oral sex is a lot easier with a smaller mouthful!
5) You're going to want to work on lasting longer. Within a minute is pretty dang fast, and that's going to be a bigger detractor sexually than your penis size, I can tell you that much. There are many methods to work on control, from mental techniques (think about something non-sexy, and think about it hard!), wearing a cock ring (buy them at a good sex store) or firmly gripping the base of the penis to delay ejaculation, tugging down your testicles, using the start-and-stop method of stimulation where you work on your lady while you let your urgency wane a little, then take turns moving back to you, wearing an extra-thick or even two condoms in order to decrease sensitivity, using numbing cream on your penis to last longer (buy at a good sex store and remember to only use the kind that won't destroy condoms, and only inside the condom- you don't want to numb your parnter, too!), etc., etc.. Practice doing male kegel exercises (look the term up online). Turn your masturbation moments into training sessions to see how long you can go. And remember, even if you ejaculate early on with a woman, that's no excuse to stop- you still have your mouth, fingers, hands, and maybe even toys to ensure that she gets hers, too.
6) Do not try to enlarge your penis. Don't buy into all those ideas of creams and pumps and whatnot; they don't work. There are only two ways I know of increasing your penis size, and they are both expensive surgical procedures that will drain your wallet and not really leave you with anything that fantastic. Penile agumentative surgery cuts a tendon to allow the penis to hang lower, adding an additional inch or two; however, it only increases flaccid size, since it changes just the way the penis hangs, not its actual size when erect. Sometimes fat is also injected into the penis to add girth (sort of a reverse liposuction), but there's no telling where the fat will move, so some men get an awful effect known only as the dreaded 'lumpy penis'. Neither sound that good in my opinion.
7) And lastly, try to find yourself a woman who will accept you for who you are. If you find someone who cares for you, she should be willing to make what you've got work for both of you. The thing I always hear on sex show after sex show is men calling in complaining about their small penises. The host always asks "How does your girlfriend/wife/parnter feel about it? Does she think it's too small?", and the answer is invariably "Well, no, she says it's fine, but . . .". Men just seem to freak themselves out, when they don't need to.
I hope that helps you, and remember not to stress!

Personally, I think penises are nasty. (I'm a woman. This avatar is the avatar that looks the most like me in real life.)
Maybe it's because I'm gay, but I don't understand the hangups that people have about penises. You have perfectly good hands and a mouth (unless there's something wrong with those too) which are better able to satisfy a woman than your penis is (no matter how big it is). Look, I can wield a strap on with the best of them, but I know that almost all women need some kind of clitoral stimulation to get them off.
You straight people need to learn the concept of reciprocation. You, personally, need to learn how to work the rest of your sexual organs.

I have similar problem, but in the opposite direction.
Mine is 8 and half inches long, when asleep and almost 13 and half inches long fully erected. I have no problem in attracting girls to my bed, but once in bed and when they see the monster they get frightened. Some run away, others would want to take it into their mouths only for fear of getting ripped off apart or get hurt.
I tell them I will control it and let it in only half of it, but they don't believe me! I ask them to hold it themselves and let in whatever they can take, but they say it will be very difficulat to tame it once inside and on the path.
So, we are in the same baot, but for different reasons.
I am still looking for a girl who can take the whole of it inside and feel happy and pleased.
