Japan has done evil in the past and status quo will ensure it not to commit the same evil they've done in the past (UN, Consitution, International Sanctions etc.). USA on the other hand continue to do evil things (c'mon, they're the most powerful country as of status quo, who can go against them?)
USA is much more evil than Japan.

Considering the ages of both nations I'm sorry to say but I think it has to be America. In a little over 200 years America has done more damage politically, economically and environmentally then Japan caused in over 2000 years. I think the real question should be is where does that leave us loyal Americans citizens?

Neither. The Soviet Union. Take a look at the atrocities of Joseph Stalin. Try Cambodia under Pol Pot. Your sense of evil is appalling.
