.
As advised earlier, DO use spellcheck.
In your question you left an 's' off CONFUSED & off TIMES, no capital for English, 'tent' instead of 'tend', the 's' off MISTAKES, & a 'b' left out of BLABBER..- 'Maybe' is just one word, & you have left 's' out of exercises.
Most of these errors would have been picked up with Spellcheck.
When you've finished a statement, end it with a full stop, (as you would in your language,) don't keep going.
Remember, there is formal English, as you would write an official letter, and there's colloquial & casual speech, as you would speak to a friend.
e.g. (which stands for "for example",)
"We went to the pub last night & had a few beers". (casual)
"Last night my friends & I went to the hotel and had drinks." (formal).
Ask questions when English speakers speak to you.
ask them to correct you if you form a phrase incorrectly.
I am trying to learn German, so I know how you are feeling!

Taking an English class that would be strong in grammar and writing composition should be very helpful. It would also help if you used spell checker, we all make mistakes in spelling sometimes and it will help catch them.
Your question should read, "I want to improve my sentence formation and composition?" Which is, technically, not a question.
"As I get confused some times in speaking English. I tend to make mistakes in sentence formation and sometimes I ramble.
Also what exercises can I do to improve?"
Good Luck with your education in a challenging language, English.
I will say that for learning English, writing, composition and sentence composition, THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE SITE TO OBSERVE. Very little on Yahoo Answers will demonstrate good composition or spelling.

You need to read. The more you read, the more you are aware of the words and proper sentence building. Magazines, books, anything. It will really help, you'll see.

there's 3 things that make the "you": body, self-interest,audaciousness. The body is not yours, just like other's body, don't become weak by accepting that "this is my body". Don't take side, be unego. "i am losing time doing this"
