Well, there's a lot of If's here but....
If you can do with Yahoo in India what you can do with it in the U.S., and you are just using Yahoo, because I don't know how it works with Hotmail, etc. and if you know her user name or "handle" that appears above my avatar and says "Naturegirl", and if she has a Yahoo Answers profile and if she has a Yahoo 360 page, then you can find her Yahoo Answers profile and her Yahoo 360 page by putting that handle in the "search the web" box at the top right of this screen. You see, we need to know a little more information here.
If you know a little more than just her current name in the yahoo 360 world, let's say her real first and last name, last known mailing address, driver's license #, possibly even her social security number- the more information you have, the better, simply do a Google search. Type onto the address bar where you type website addresses, www.google.com and where the search bar is, right in the middle, type the search words, such as "Jane R. Doe" or "Doe, Jane R." It will come up with many many pages or no results at all. You may have to click on each link that it comes up with and read all the way through each page but if you really want to, you may find that it was worth it and you may be suprised at the amount of information you may find. You may want to bookmark that page, though, just in case you want to go back to it later and when you do, you can't find it again. If it's out there, it's all out there, on the internet and anyone can do it. You don't need to be a professional detective with a degree or anything. You just need to know the right things to do. You can use Yahoo Messenger to search for contacts by location. Yahoo allows the directory to be searched. Do not know about the other systems.

From your question itself I can answer that we both are the users of YAHOO mail ID. And importantly a person use an item/facility continiuously for a long time, it indicate your love and trust in that. Therefore, I like YAHOO ID and is not for any trial with any other mail ID, unless &otherwise I meet with any undesirable or inconveniences with them. Too much folders, too much interferences. You are alone the champion to decide the options indicated in your question. I have indicated the trust I have in YAHOO mail and you may consider or not is your own decision.

You will need to enter their details on yahoo search e.g email address,yahoo identity and so on
