Why are you applying for the job? Because I am the best candidate and have a lot to offer that can be mutually beneficial for the company and for myself.

Why should we hire you? As above.

Name 3 weaknesses. I am driven and result-oriented. I get ticked off if I thought someone is slacking or not pulling their weight. (Say only one)

What are your strengths. Say 3 attributes that you are strong in and that's related to the position you are applying for.

Do you have any questions? Do your research about the company. Note down special achievements such as Voted 100 Best Company to Work For by Fortune. And then tie your question to this. Ex. What sort of people will succeed in this company.

Another one is why is the position vacant? Let the interviewer explain the opening to you further.

What is your salary expectation. Do your research and be honest. Tell them what is acceptable to you.
