Tony Blair and his band of crooks have taxed us to the hilt and now want to tax the hilt, what have we got in return?
Hospital services run down, NHS dentistry wrecked, An education system that would disgrace a third world nation, a public transport an expensive shambles, motorway toll roads, a justice system that fails the victims and fails to punish the criminal.
Manufacturing industry and the jobs that it supported devastated.
In addition he and his Labour sycophants have led us into a war that has resulted in the deaths of many of our soldiers and thousands of Iraqi civilians, fought on the basis of a lie and the total dereliction of it's duty to the majority of people that voted for them in order to support the vocal minorities.

Sorry, I pressed the wrong key during editing.
Referring to the public transport system I intended it to read,"A public transport system that was an expensive shambles".

MOJO: Read all the previous answers I believe they are overwhelmingly on my side.
As for your comment on waiting lists, are you so naive as to believe that they can't be fiddled.
How to shorten waiting lists- Don't put people on them, it's that easy.

I can"t think of one good thing that this Labour Government has done for the average citizen since they have been in power.

Everything and I mean everything from Council Tax to the 30 odd new indirect taxes, have gone through the roof under Labour.

It seems the only thing they are good at is finding new ways to fleece the hard working person of every spare £.

The latest set of course is the Green taxes we are all having to pay. I bet not one penny is spent on Green issues. i.e. better and cheaper public transport, cleaner manufacturing proceedures, it will all dissapear into Gordon"s enormous back pocket.

Council Tax is out of control, so what are they going to do? got it , revalue all our properties, and "increase" the amount we have to pay. If you have spent money improving your house, then I"m afraid you are going to have to pay more for the privalage

Law and Order does not exist, unless you drive a bit too fast.

Education has failed, and the only way they can "fiddle" the figures is to make the examination less difficult.

The Health Service is in "freefall" even after the £billions spent.
Jobs for the boys, lots more Chiefs, not enough Indians.

If you have a problem with any of the Banks or Insurance companies, you end up speaking to somebody in India, and can"t understand a word they say, it"s so bloody frustrating. They call it Globalisation, well as far as I am concerned they can stick Globalisation up their ****.

Our Human rights are gradually being eroded under the title of fighting terrorism. They have us where they want us, downtrodden and browbeaten.

It"s not in the English nature to make a fuss, but, the time is fast approaching when enough is enough.

The War with Iraq is indefensible, and on that basis alone this Government should be kicked out at the next election, but as you say, people will still vote for them, sad, sad souls.

You are spot on but sadly there are those who cant see it or thinks that democracy is the state running our lives for us and taking a large chunk of our earnings. I agree with who said there running the country like the former Soviet Union and its going to get worse with the decision to fingerprint our children without parental consent. The problem is the opposition are not much better David Cameron is more interested in appeasing The Guardian newspaper a publication which in the main supports State Socialism and the EU as well as the BBC which behaves like its TV channel . The only party which at the moment i could vote for is UKIP .

I stopped voting labour in 2005 after voting for this principal for 52 years, well in fact I decided enough was enough in 2002. and everything mentioned above me is true. but what a shambles the Tory's are, so where do we go from here. lib/Dem's seems spin less. what we need is an "Old labour party" but I guess you would have to oust' every single one who is in office now. and would probably end up where we are now, another bunch of self interest morons

i be responsive to it incredibly is a mild count on the 2d, yet you jogged my memory that the two my significant diverse's mothers and dads-in-regulation served indoors the Royal military for some years. they have been existence long Conservatives, yet 'The old guy' greatly surprised me quicker or later by using way of telling me that even if if he consistently voted Tory, he below no circumstances did think of of they have been the main significant dedicated to the protection rigidity. He reported that each and each and each and each significant cut back in defence spending by using making use of fact that 1945 have been made below Conservative governments. He have been given here upon it ironic that the social amassing he mistrusted the main significant with each and each little factor else, easily maintained defence spending greater beneficial efficient than his chosen social amassing. perhaps that's now no longer such an uncomplicated count, even however i would not anticipate people who've lost family members contributors and co-workers to artwork out it that way. conflict has long been a approach wherein politicians and industrialists make funds and skill out of the waste of youthful lives. i could blame Blair way greater beneficial efficient than Brown for seeing the deaths of youthful person women and adult adult males human beings in our forces, to now no longer element out the only thousand's of diverse people who've perished, for sacrificing them for his very own glorification and that of Bush.

I agree with you entirely. Our Labour Council are now talking of charging us 25p per week to empty our bins! If they succeed, it will be another charge which will rise year upon year. I just wonder what else this Government will come up with. Still, I suppose someone's got to pay for all the foreigners to come to this Country, and be able to claim benefits and get interpreters cos they can't speak English.

i totally agree... i am hoping and praying that they dont get in again, but i did that at the last two elections, as well as voting obviously. i agree with all the comments about labour, but i for one am frightened to death of bnp getting in because of the mess labour have made. On paper their policies sound logical but it would be tantamount to voting hitler in. Being quite a well informed family my kids have an awareness of politics, my mum is half caste, so obviously me and my kids have darker skin, they have asked me if the bnp will get in and will they make us leave the country. hysteria maybe, but it is a scary thought. that said i say LABOUR OUT

Maybe those that vote for Labour like the present dictatorship. Certainly it is only a couple of years to a Soviet style government.

I agree with everything you have said. I am staggered that, not only can people still in favour of the Govt, but actually praise Blair and co to the skies. I can only assume that they have been brainwashed or that they are members of Blair's client state. It just beggars belief that they still have supporters.

UKIP sounds good to me right now..
As a single person in full time employment, buying my own home...there is no way I can afford to vote Labour.
My biggest bill is the council tax...and that increases by a very large amount year on year with no thought of how people are meant to pay it.

To your headline question, Yes, and it is also damn depressing. Have you noticed, however, the apologists are never able to mount a coherent argument as to why they, despite everything and the evidence biting them on the nose, continue to think the way that they do. They are very good at the usual politics of envy, blind prejudices, and personal attacks on those that don't share their, I nearly said views, but then, they don't have views do they, just prejudices.
