It isn't. There generally isnt a window in the loo as it is unneccessary and as the windows are heavier than the aluminium they replace, they are left out.
Boring but true.

They don`t put windows in areo loos, it is so that you can`t see when another plane crashes into the side of yours.

there aint any windows in the aero lavs...and if there are, seagulls can be rather too interested in some things...
