rest it a lot. ice often. really, don't try to rush playing, cause you'll just twist it again and end up worse. i did that in high school and now it'll roll sometimes if i'm just walking or something. also, get one of those big stretchy rubber band things (if that makes sense), hold the ends and put ur foot in it. then extend ur toes up and down, that's a good rehab exercise for it.

You don't give much specifics about your injury but most ankle injuries involve the ligaments that support it on the inside and outside. If you are continuing to have problems 2 wks after your injury I suggest that you follow-up with your doctor and ask for a referral to a physical therapist.

Have you tried Contrast Baths?
Bag of Ice(Crushed, and a Hot Water Bottle As Hot as You can stand).
Place them on the affected area for a long as you can bear-Then swap!
You may have ligament damage, which takes a while to repair.

Matt had great advise,
also, every morning, before you get up, exercise that ankle by pointing your toes, trace the letters of the alphabet, one by one. do this several times, do it with each foot, because your other foot is bearing the weight of the injured foot, and it needs strengthening too..do this set of exercises a few times each day.
good luck

Maybe you should tell your coach, or visit a doctor.
