Ive been TTC for year and a half so know a bit lol. Just relax, start taking folic acid, and eating healthy, stop smoking and drinking. Have sex every other day cycle days 10-20. Try using ovulation predicitor kits to get to know the best day or use BBT charting and cervical mucus. partner should avoid hot baths and tight underwear, he could imporve diet and take a multi vitamin stop drinking and smoking, dont usde lubes as they skill sperm. If after 6 months keep track of ovulation if nothing after a year see GP

Definitely do it missionary style, and do not get up for about ten minutes afterward. Just stay on your back. Take your body temperature every morning so you will know when you're ovulating.
Your husband should avoid all masturbation and take a "horny goat weed" supplement. (Try "Prolab Horny Goat Weed", amazing stuff I can tell you.)
A few minutes before sex your husband should soak his testicles in cold water. This isn't very comfortable, but it causes the sperm to bunch up and become more dense. Dense sperm=fertility.
Don't smoke, don't drink booze, exercise and eat well.
....oh, and ummm, do "it" as much as you can!

Resist the urge. Overpopulation is the root of all human problems nowadays: the energy peak, global warming, starvation, and war to name some of the big ones. You, and I, could do no greater service to humanity than to resist the instinct to reproduce.

First relax!!! Good diet , exercise ( out of the bed as well as in !)
You need to be not over weight because it can not help!
Go see your doc if you do get preggy within the first 6 months. good luck
