My ex wife does nails for a living, (I payed for her school and helped her get set up 12 yrs ago,) Since Jan this year she has filed child support on me.. My son lives with me every other week. She hiding and lieing about her income. All I want is a honest child support sum.. Please halp.. my monthly payment is killing me.. Thanks

Shes has a job but she is lying about the amount she makes? The welfare/child support system has their *sources* to find this stuff out, they'll figure it out soon enough, and lower your monthly child care payments.

Talk to your lawyer and see who they can help you with this. You need to go back to court and show them how much she makes and there is a way to find out how much she makes but you have to do it legally and through the courts. Good luck to you.
