What are your thoughts on plastination?

Just a general opinion of it, whether it should be a tourist attraction in major city museums, or if you just think it's cool. Would you go to one these exhibits if it came to a city near you? If you don't know what plastination is, check out : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plastination
and then look at some of the links. I think it is a great learning tool, but some people think it is disgusting or wildly inappropriate.

Been to Body World I and II. The people donated their bodies specifically for this.

While a large number of the displays are grotesque, simply because the "artistic" sensibilities of the poser differs from the general public, the bluk of the displays are great learning tools.

The blood vessels only exhibits are exceptional, showing the progression from artery to increasingly smaller vessels.
