There were rumours that the sequel was going to be filmed but the only site that mentions Bednaya Nastya - 2 is http://www.serials.ru/main/en/bednaya_nastya_2.html

It certainly hasn't been shown on TV yet. And since the site above doesn't give any details the most probable (and hopeful) answer is that the second part has only just been filmed. None of Elena Korikova's (the leading actress) filmographies mentions Bednaya Nastya - 2 yet. And the website of the telenovela doesn't mention it either: http://www.bednayanastya.ru/
