It depends on the musician. It's sort of like asking bikers which is better Harley Davidson, or Japanese bikes.

In the biker analogy Hammond is Harley Davidson & Yamaha is Japanese bikes.

Electone doesn't belong on the list in my opinion, but I guess they would be European bikes. lol
