Is it (-8/2) y or As i guess -8/(2y)
Write it as -2y/8 dy = dx
Integrate both sides,
x = -1/4 * (y^2/2) + c
x = -y^2/8 + c

Combine like terms and use the properties of the equality to get the variable on one side of the equals sign and the numbers on the other side. Remember to follow the order of operations.
yx = -4y
divide both sides by y :
x=-4 < Solution

Why not? And usually we have dy/dx in terms of x. But you can simply put your answer in -4/y unless you know what y is in terms of x, which I think you MUST have. ;>

yes u can...
d/dx (-8/2y) = d/dx (-4/y)
= [0 - (-4).1dy/dx] / y^2
= 4dy/dx / y^2
= 4/y^2 dy/dx
