I like Sheri. It's not alcohol (Sherry) and there won't be any question of how to pronounce it (Cheri).
Please ignore the criticism of people who tell you a name is not "unique" enough. Unique names are not as important as unique children. Name the child what you like.

Sherry is beautiful... Cheri I think will always get confused with Cherry. I actually know a Cheri- prounounced Cherry. :) Hope this helps some. I also know a Sheri... so you could even do that... it's short for Sherirah or something like that.

Cheri definitely. It's prettier. Sherry just makes me think of the drink...

I think Cheri is much better, its cute and short, Sherry kindu reminds me of someone from the eightys. Definetly go with Cheri, much more unique.

I like the name Sheridan for a girl. Nickname "Sherry" or "Sheri".
I wouldn't use Sherry or Cheri alone because it's kind of an over age 30 name.
My nickname is Sheri. But my long name is Sherianna.
