Yup. its a good university..
it offers not only Islamic studies but other degree such as engineering, science & even medicine.. but the approach is more toward islamic ..

its hard to get financial aid/scholarships here..
no such thing for foreigners studying here..

i dont think there;s a stringent requirement to study here..

but honestly.,. if u wish to study Islam in particular the best place is in University Al-Azhar in arab..
