Honestly, from my point of view, people may kill each other off totally and completely - but that doesn't mean that the world is going to end.
People have been predicting the end of the world since it first began. Not just Christians but pretty much every other religion out there has been guilty.
I was always taught, when I was Christian, that believers are not to look towards the end, for only the Father knows the time and place for that. Instead one is supposed to concentrate on what's going on in the here and now instead of trying to know something that cannot possibly be know. It shouldn't matter to a Christian when the world ends, but instead what they have been doing with this life.

Amazing to me how adamant people are in saying there is no Heaven or Hell. It is illogical to be so adamant about something we have no idea about. We do know this. Sooner or later we all will die.
Some sooner, some later. We are never too young to die. Death is as certain as our existence. We can never escape death. It is certain. Our whole generation will be buried and forgotten, including all who believe in Heaven and Hell and all who disbelieve in Heaven or Hell. The generation after us will in turn be buried and forgotten by the next generation, and so on. As certain as death is, it is foolish to dismiss the notion of judgment, Heaven, and Hell so adamantly as if we knew for sure. You would think that a rational person would at least examine the possibility. He might even read the Bible for himself to see what it says. As for the world ending, everything ends, even the earth, but it has been going for a long time now and many generations have falsely believed they were living in the last days. They died and the world kept going. So it goes. I believe that we will all die long before the fateful day arrives. I sure don't expect it in my lifetime.

According to the Bible, the world will come to an end at some point - on God's own terms and in His own time. He created the Universe, and only He knows when and how He will bring it to an end. And as for Heaven, it is a place reserved only for those who truly believe in Christ the Son of God and live by His statutes. Jesus came and died on the Cross to give mankind a chance to repent of their sins and be restored to the glory they had lost when Adam sinned in the Garden of Eden. God is giving everybody a chance to live right by His standards - before He comes to judge the world and separate those who accepted His plan for salvation (hence heaven-bound) and those who rejected the sacrifice that Jesus made on the Cross (hence bound for eternal condemnation and destruction). It is all a matter of choice before time is up.

Both barrels? NO & NO. Heaven is not a real place. There is no possibility that the world will end soon.

Soon is relative, but it will end for sure. "Heaven" by definition for sure is not a destination. If I were you I would concentrate in what you do and the effects and consequences of what you do because that determines how your world is going to end.

Yes the world as we know it is ending. We are in the middle of an Apocalypse. As far as everyone going to heaven, that is not our call, a higher power dictates where we will go.

Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their
religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these
religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we
can
project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they
are,
we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially.
Now,
we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law
states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay
the
same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are
added.
This gives two possibilities:
1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls
enter
Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all
Hell
breaks loose.
2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in
Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes
over.
So which is it?

God created Heaven & Earth. His desire was for all to dwell with him. Man chose not to believe him an thus created a gulf between God & Man. God sent his son Jesus Christ into the world and by offering himself as a sacrifice he (Christ) provided a way to bridge the gap between God & Man. When we stand before God he will ask whether we have accepted his offer of spending eternity with him by having asked Jesus Christ to forgive us. We are in the closing chapters of this world and we all need to make a decision. That decision will determine if we spend eternity with God or in eternal damnation

No.
And, no.
Heaven is a place invented by the ignorant. Who can't face the fact that we live, and then we die.
That's it! Nothing else.
