Ah, I really sympathize. My first, I was fine, I threw up for only 4 weeks. But this pregnancy my nauseous symptoms stayed around for two months.
I know even thinking about food will make you sick to your stomach, but try saltine crackers first thing in the morning. Try non-salted if your stomach can't take the taste of salt. Keep them by your bedside and eat them before you get out of bed. Wait a while, and get up slowly. Avoid brushing your teeth right away as well, sometimes that can bring on the vomiting. Drink a glass of water or gingerale so that if you do throw up, it won't be that nasty morning "nothing", that's yellowish and just tatses awful.
If it's more than just in the morning, eat little portions through out the day. Avoid big meals. If the nausea comes back, eat crackers, toast or anything dry that has little taste and will absorb. Get plenty of fresh air. Even when it's cold outside. Keep your window open a crack.
I know it feels like it will never go away, but it will. And it's very strange because all the foods you loved before you got pregnant you just can't stand now. That's how I was, and it's how I sorta knew beforehand that I was pregnant.
Good luck and congrats!

PLEASE Dont listen to old remedies that people say work.
Like sucking on a lemon, Vitamin b6, Eating crackers, Ginger and ect. I'm 11 weeks and have been sick as a DOG.
At first the doctor put me on reglan .....DIDNT help. Then the put me on phenergan. Didnt help. So last shot they had was zofran. It sorta works. I can atleast make it through the day. I still vomit twice a day...But it's better then not being able to get out of bed. Plus the nausea is alot less. Also vitamins a very important the doctor put my on a prescription vitamin which has time released B6. Due to the fact i wasnt keeping vitamins down. It made things worse. So im sticking to childrens vitamins till i can get down regular ones.
If your morning sickness is any where near as bad as mine is..(lost 12 lbs) home remedies are not going to work.
I wish you the best of luck and a happier pregnancy.

Try taking Vitamin B6 Supplement. It helps in keeping morning sickness away. I am not sure why, but it works. I am taking a pre-natal vitamin that has 800% of Daily Value for pregnant women and I have not had morning sickness at all with this pregnancy so far. I am 5 months tomorrow. With last pregnancy, I lost 25lbs b/c morning sickness was soooo bad. Hope this helps you. My prenatal Vitamin is One Source Prenatal. It can be found at Wal-Mart.

I really think you should ask your OB for some medication to settle your stomach. If you're feeling that sick, most of the time home remedies are not going to work.
Good Luck!

I am 3months pregnant and it is my third child and i am like this all way through. the best thing to do is eat little but often you need to eat for the sake of your baby, I don't want to eat but i have to if it doesn't settle down i would see your doctor.

I found ginger really helpful. (ginger beer, adding fresh ginger to food)
I also always kept a box of dry crackers nearby. They were each to keep down, but I don't actually know why....
