In 1 of my science there say that sharks use smell of blood to catch its prey but octopus have no blood so how sharks able to catch and eat it up?

Octopi have blood. It is just not real heavy on the haemoglobin, so it is pale.
And sharks are not machines, they are complex and even a tad intelligent. They can see, sense movement, "smell" (actually taste in the water), and electrical fields of living things.
Sharks can catch and eat pretty much anything that lives or moves in the ocean (sometimes they eat non-living things that move, like junk tossed overboard from boats), including octopi.
