Shoe Stretch Spray / Shoe Stretch Liquid allows you to stretch your shoes or boots simply by spraying the Shoe Stretch Liquid on your footwear and then wearing it. The spray relaxes the leather fibers and your foot will do the actual stretching work. You need to wear your shoes or boots until they assumed the desired shape and until the leather is dry. The spray contains a high content of alcohol so it will dry fairly fast. Stretching results may vary by leather thickness and by the amount of stretching you have to do. Also with very delicate leather types you might want to try it out in an inconspicuous spot first to make sure it does not stain.
With a mechanical Shoe Stretcher the painful work of stretching your shoe does not have to be done by your foot. You insert on of these stretchers in your shoe, spread it out to the desired width and leave it inside of your shoe over night. Depending on the thickness of the material and on the amount of stretching you have to do you might have to repeat this process. You obtain best stretching results if you use a mechanical Shoe Stretcher in combination with a Shoe Stretch Spray / Shoe Stretch Liquid.
A Boot Stretcher is essentially a Shoe Stretcher with a long handle. You need this long handle to activate the stretching mechanism when the stretcher is inserted into your boot. You cannot use a regular Shoe Stretcher in footwear that goes over your ankle.
If you dont want the hassle of the above you can take them to your local shoe repair shop. I believe they can stretch a pair of boots and shoes up to half a size in 24hrs and I dont believe they charge very much for this service.

Put a shoe stretcher in the shoe, spray it on both types with a leather stretching spray and leave it overnight to dry.

buy an expanding shoe tree or try leather ease sold in super markets , but kids grow fast if there tight , change them bigger if you dont you could harm the childs feet and could remain for life , just look at the state of some older peoples feet because of not getting the right size when young

Pour boiling water into them and then empty them out again. Put the boots on immediately while they are hot and wet (they won't burn) and keep them on until they are dry. They stretch according to the foot size. I have been doing this for 30 years and it REALLY WORKS!!! There is no residual damage to the leather and no more chaffs and blisters.

Shoe stretchers run about $20 and you can get them online. I've met people who swear by professional cobbling for cowboy boots. A cheaper solution might to be overstuff the shoes with something firm.

Yep they can do it or you can do it yourself using wet newspaper but it's a bit of a faff. Just take 'em to the cobblers.

Stuff damp newspaper into them and allow to dry. The paper expands as it dries, giving an all over stretch.
