i bought my car in 1999 (BMW year 2000) from a U.S dealership then shipped it over seas in 2005. soon, i will move back to the states along with my car. will i have to pay customes taxes and will there be any restrictions? thanks.

I just shipped 2 cars this past summer. As long as it is American specs then all you do is pay for the shipment and most of the time they guarantee your vehicle to go through customs, as long as there are no oil leaks on the car..... and that's about it. make sure you clean it very good before it gets shipped.
