This system exists in all elections - Parliament, Assemblies, Corporation etc. Our system is based on one man one vote and not like Celebrity programme where any number of votes can be cast by a single individual in favour of a particular candidate. (Yes, this generates income for TV channels and mobile service providers).

Yes. Any one check bogus voting. But no one is intereted to stop it. Bogus voticing is simple.
