Tell her? Ignore the whole thing? What would you do?

Talk to the husband, tell him you know and if he doesn't tell her you will. Often the cheated on partner suspects their partner is having an affair but has no proof. This uncertainty is much worse than knowing the truth, especially if other people know. If you are a good friend you will suppport her whatever choices she makes once she knows.

Honestly, she may not believe you. But she may have an inkling already... People who are being cheated on often do.
Talk to the husband first. there may be some kind of weird explanation, like they are swingers or it's actually his long lost sister who works at that pay by the hour hotel.
but if you're going to open up this pandora's box: at least give him the opportunity to explain, or do it himself.
If he's like "it's none of your business", it may be time to open the box. but like I said broach the issue carefully. Gather some support from other people who may know and move as a team. She is going to need some serious support.

I know this might sound like a no brainer . But be careful make sure that you have proof because this can turn ugly if you decide to tell her.Your friend might not believe you and all he will do is deny this new revelation and make you out to be the enemy. Once i let my friend know about his unfaithful girlfriend and she said that i just want her and i was pursuing her behind his back(not true). Our friendship ended because he believed her. Later he found out the real truth that i was telling. Now if i see something i just keep quite and let time tell the truth. I believe people know if their other half is unfaithful but they dont want to face it. Straight denial. Cant handle the truth. If you tell her be prepared. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Are you sure! Would you want to know? Are you her friend? Take pictures. I do not know the customs in your country but I would tell my friend there is a rumor that her husband is cheating with the persons name if you know it.. This puts distance from you. If I saw it I would have said some thing to him and the girl he was with at that time.I would confront them as my friends would do the same for me. I would have told her you are with my friends husband. He may have lied to the girl. He may be with a prostitute and give aids to your friend. If you didn't do it right then. I would say I just hear the rumor. They was seen at the place where you saw them. You may loss your friend but she needs to know no matter what..

you owe your friend the respect of telling her what is going on. you can tell her that you are letting her know because you are concerned for her happiness.
maybe you were meant to discover this so that you could warn your friend.

she might get upset at first but she'll thank you in the end.

good luck.

I woul dnot approach you friend straight away as you have heard of shooting the messenger. Approach the husband and advise him in no uncertain terms that if he does not confess, you will do it for him.
