Can't be done with herbs alone. To lose weight you must do one thing....burn more calories than you take into your body. That is all..end of story. Taking herbs will not do this. Some may hamper your appetite, that is all. It is this simple...moderate diet and moderate exercise. Supplements to lose weight are a scam. You will waste your money. Put the money in your pocket, drink some water, eat some veggies, take a walk,and soon you will be thin and rich....a double bonus!!!!!!!

I use Hoodia pills and I've lost almost 15 pounds in just 4 weeks. I first saw this on TV and other commercials so I gave it a try, and now a few weeks later I'm very happy with it.
