Are you asking why do people have different thought patterns?
It's a fact that every person is a unique individual with many different character traits, behaviors, experiences and problems.
Psychology is study of the mind (psyche - mind, soul) (ology - study).
1. Psychology is an academic and applied discipline involving the scientific study of mental processes and behavior. Psychology also refers to the application of such knowledge to various spheres of human activity, including problems of individuals' daily lives and the treatment of mental illness.

Because every single person has a different set of circumstances that define who they are. Unless they are identical twins then they have different genetic traits - which can include aspects of psychology. And then every person has different life experiences - in everything from parenting to schooling to friends to leisure activities. All of that ensures that every person sees the world through a filter that is completely unique from anyone else's.
