i'm trying to build a kaleidoscope (since you can't find one to buy anywhere...). i'm following the instructions on this site http://www.kaleidoscopesusa.com/makeAscope.htm . i have some questions for those of u who have done this before

1. where do i buy duct tape and how exactly do i wrap the mirrors in it?

2. where do i buy foam rubber?

3. what are Lucite and Lexan and where do i buy them?

4. silly question - but do u have any suggestions of what i can use to fill the chamber and where do i find it?

Duct tape is the wide silver tape used for everything...buy it at a hardware store.

Foam rubber, I answered this in the other question

Lucite is a plexiglass and I don't know what Lexan is. You can get it at a hardware store, too, I think

Fill it with beads, buttons, glass shards, whatever.

Have you considered an alternate source for instructions? It seems like you may not fully understand the ones you have found.
