my turtle eats but i doesn't swim around. is it normal to sleep all day long??

yup. they seems to b lazing around which is known as basking. it would be best to create both a dry and wet environemnt for them.

it might be hibernation, but just feel its shell and feel if it's soft because if it is it means that it is sick and probably will die if you don't take it to the vet

Depends what time of year it is they hibernate .
