I have had MANY run ins with CPS and they know you can't afford a lawyer so they can and do anything they choose and you are screwed. How many rich people have their kids taken from them or are even investigated for abuse.. Few to none.. they pay the SW salary and CPS won't go there.. Legal aid will NOT take your case.. they and all lawyers think CPS is perfect and will NOT go against a govt system.. I tried to sue them (I am very poor) and the lawyer said that it would be thrown out of court before the date.. CPS can say they thought the child was in danger and whether it's true or not.. nobody will do anything.. I feel for you. CPS investigated me EVERY FEW months for something.. once you are looked at one time whether it's true or not..they will never leave you alone. Even if you do EVERYTHING they say perfectly..they will always bother you.. Not much you can do unfortunately.

Then you need to do what they say.

There are rules to getting your kids back. Kids dont come with an instruction manual so its hard to know when you are doing the right things for them.
If you really love them and want them back do what cps asks, then be glad someone else cares about your kids besides you.

I would rather die than let my child be harmed in any way and if I though I was the cause, well, I would do anything, how about u?

Go to the local Bhai - Gunda, Goon He will charge you less then the lawyer, and also gaurantee you your child back, not as the cops, who not even register the case of kidnapping or missing

i might unquestionably hire a criminal expert. The state's factors are going to be somewhat sluggish and that they in all probability won't do as lots to locate your ex in any respect. A criminal expert can def. help the device alongside. a rapid decision is the ideal element in those circumstances somewhat than allowing it to tug out.

I'm sorry for you, but I am glad that there is CPS because I believe that for the most part, when they seize a child, it is for just cause.
