Interested in citizenship in europe, what are the technicalities, restrictions, career opportunities for simply being american, real estate, living expense relativity... etc??

If you want to move here to later be a dutch citizen there's a ton you have to do and it's expensive.

you have to prove that you'll be self-sufficient or that you have an employer that can support you and you won't be a burden on dutch govt... that's just to get your residence.

you have to have health insurance

once you get your residence you can apply for a passport after 3yrs.

BUT...
to be able eligible for a passport you have to pass dutch language exams that are at college level.

That's it in a nutshell...
My boyfriend is an american and we're considering staying here for good but we're both working on our dutch. He was brought over here by an american company that has a dutch office. They paid for most of the immigration costs. That's the way to do it in my book...otherwise you'll be paying close to $5000 out of pocket just to get started.

final I checked, maximum Europeans have caucasian dermis, merely like there American opposite numbers. As for why we migrate (plan to bypass to when I graduate), all of it has to do with very own decision. I intend to bypass away and in no way come again, yet i can't show my motives. are not getting me incorrect, i like my usa of usa yet i think like i can greater effective myself greater by using leaving and doing different issues.
